From the Fundación de Investigación en Ciencias de la Actividad Física y del Deporte, organizing entity, we front this assembly as a challenge to be a point of exchange where we can reason about the most relevant progress of the present and the future trends of our scientific corpus.

In the last edition the congressmen voted to the best oral communication. He won the first prize Isabel Ruiz Hernández, with the communication Análisis metabólico en jugadores de rugby y su relación con la composición corporal, según sexo y posición de juego; won second prize Javier Iglesias García with the abstracts Diferencias de tiempo entre piscina corta y piscina larga, entre grupos de edad en cada sexo.
